The LEX Group was founded on the philosophy that there was a better way to serve appellate attorneys. Our mission is to identify problems faced by appellate counsel and implement solutions. Through our expertise and commitment to excellence, our goal is to educate Attorneys in the ever-changing Rules of Court and to eliminate that part of the process that can be distracting and burdensome. This in turn allows our clients to concentrate on the issues at hand... affirming or changing the laws that govern us all. As part of an ongoing attempt to better serve appellate attorneys, The LEX Group opened its Washington office on February 1, 2002, enabling hand-filing with the metropolitan area appellate courts.
